This 2008 tent has the same specification, features and vent system as the VAUDE Mark II Vent but in a transverse option.
The
inner tent is the same size but instead of the porches being located at
the head and feet ends, they are positioned one on each side in the
middle of the tent's longer axis, giving 17% larger porch area.
Incorporating the classic VAUDE easy pitching system, it is probably
one of the quickest backpacking tents to pitch.
New for this
season is the inclusion of addition of a unique ground venting mesh
panel that allows air to pass through but restricts rain and insects,
thus adding significant breathability to the tent, even with the porch
doors closed.
