New for 2008, the Khyam Chatsworth (formally known as the XL Classic) incorporates new features, including a fully sewn-in groundsheet to create a cosy draught and bug free environment.
The Quick Erect system really does allow this tent to go up in a matter of minutes. The sturdy alloy poles are truly unique with their folding knuckle joints that allow the main poles to remain inside the pole sleeves when packing away.
To pitch the tent you simply take hold of the centre point and lift upwards. The poles naturally form the shape and the knuckles on the joints are locked into place by a sprung collar.
This strong and stable system is able to withstand most of what the UK summer weather throws its way, and is even suited to the more exposed coastal sites.
Features include 2 large front entrances, one of which can be used as a canopy with the poles provided, multifunctional windows that have a mesh panel option to help keep the bugs at bay, plenty of ventilation panels, and mudwalling all around.
